Parmesan chicken

 A recipe from my mother-in-law's stash, labelled "Parmesan chicken (Rita)". 

Dip 6-10 filleted chicken breasts in a mixture of:

2 t mustard powder

2 t worcestershire sauce

2 cloves crushed garlic

90g melted butter

(MIL notes that this is not enough for 10 breasts)

Place chicken in a baking dish, and cover with a mixture of:

1 cup breadcrumbs 

1/3 cup grated parmesan

1 T chopped parsley

5 rashers bacon, fried and chopped

 3 T chopped cashew nuts


Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes uncovered

Serve with buttered green beans and lightly braised young tomatoes
