Hazelnut marshmallow dessert


 

My mom often made this as a "fancy" dessert on hot days. 

400 g marshmallows

1 c milk

200 g hazelnut chocolate

2 tins of evaporated milk, very cold (keep in fridge for 24 hours)

1 c cream, whipped

1 T lemon juice

Melt the chocolate in the microwave (watch it so it doesn't burn!)

Melt the marshmallows in milk over low heat, stir regularly.

Mix the chocolate into the marshmallow mixture and mix.

Beat the evaporated milk until soft peaks form. Mix into the chocolate mixture. Add whipped cream and gently fold in, add lemon juice.

Pour in serving bowl and allow to set overnight in the fridge.

Decorate with extra whipped cream and ferrero rocher chocolates
