Cheesy baked potatoes



Ingredients:

6-9 potatoes, cooked

1 packet cream of chicken soup powder

500 ml milk

1 large onion, chopped

200 g cheddar

butter / margarine

Peel potatoes and cut in slices; place 1/3 on the bottom of an oven dish with volume 2.25 litres. Add little bits of butter over the top.

Mix soup powder and milk, heat over medium heat until boiling, and stir regularly. Add onion and simmer for a few minutes, keep stirring. Add 1/3 of the mixture over the potatoes, and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Serves 6.
