Baked fish with sour cream sauce

 One of my favourite meals when growing up.

Butter

800 g frozen fish fillets (usually hake)

1 cup sour cream

1 packet onion soup powder

1/2 cup milk

Salt

Cheddar cheese

Parsley

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. 

Mix sour cream & soup powder and mix with milk. 

Place half the fish in a baking dish and cover with a thin layer of the cream mixture. Add the rest of the fish on top and repeat. Cover with rest of sauce, cheese, parsley and a bit of salt.

Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
